Job summary

The Lakes Home Care, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home care for pediatric and/or adult patients in Florida.

Qualified applicants hold an active LPN/LVN license, current TB/Chest X-ray and BLS certification, and have at least 1 year of nursing experience preferred. Responsibilities include assessing patients using the nursing process, delivering skilled nursing services per orders, and documenting findings.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed LPN/LVN in the state of practice.
• TB test or Chest X-ray current.
• Current BLS card.
• One year nursing experience preferred.

• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
