Job summary

Regency Albany, a skilled nursing community in the Willamette Valley, seeks compassionate LPNs for full-time and part-time shifts. You will provide medication administration, nursing services, and supervise staff to support resident well-being.

Responsibilities

• Train staff and assist the director of nursing.
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, and a home-like environment for residents.
• Assist residents with ADLs and medication administration as permitted by state regulations.
• Ensure care is delivered per resident treatment and service plans.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Document resident care accurately and communicate updates.
• Assess health emergencies and determine medical action within LPN scope.

We are Regency Albany, a skilled nursing community located in the heart of the Willamette Valley. We are looking for caring & compassionate resident-minded individuals to join our team.

As an LPN, you are essential to quality resident care. Duties include medication assistance/administration, nursing services, training / supervising staff, and all things related to resident well-being.

You Will

• Train staff and assist the director of nursing
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents
• Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations
• Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans
• Know and follow infection control and safety procedures
• Review, update and communicate resident care documentation
• Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per LPN scope of practice and state regulations

You Currently

• Possess a current LPN license in good standing
