Job summary

Regency Laurel Hill in Grants Pass, OR is seeking an LPN for a part-time evening shift to support resident care, medication administration, and nursing services in a home-like environment.

You'll train staff, ensure adherence to care plans, assist with ADLs, and follow infection control and safety procedures per state regulations. New grads are encouraged to apply and must hold a current LPN license.

Part‑Time Evening Shift

As an LPN, you are essential to quality resident care. Duties include medication assistance/administration, nursing services, training / supervising staff, and all things related to resident well‑being.

You will:

• Train staff and assist the director of nursing
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home‑like environment for residents
• Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self‑care and independence, as permitted by state regulations
• Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans
• Know and follow infection control and safety procedures
• Review, update and communicate resident care documentation
• Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per LPN scope of practice and state regulations

You Currently:

• Possess a current LPN license in good standing
