Job summary

Regency Albany in Oregon is seeking caring RN professionals for day and evening shifts, with both full-time and part-time roles available. Weekend RN shift differential is $5.00 per hour.

As an RN, you will provide medication assistance, nursing services, and support resident well-being while training staff and ensuring safety. New grads are encouraged to apply, joining a home-like community committed to quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current RN license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Train staff and assist the director of nursing
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, and a home-like environment for residents
• Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, administration of medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations
• Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans
• Know and follow infection control and safety procedures
• Review, update and communicate resident care documentation
• Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per RN scope of practice and state regulations

As an RN, you are essential to quality resident care. Duties include medication assistance/administration, nursing services, training / supervising staff, and all things related to resident well-being.

As An RN, You Will
