Job summary

Regency Pacific Management is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) in Kennewick, WA, to provide direct resident care and support the nursing team. The role involves medication assistance, nursing services, and staff supervision to uphold quality resident well-being.

The ideal candidate holds a current LPN license in good standing, with new grads welcome to apply. Compensation ranges from $38 to $47 per hour, DOE, with standard health benefits and PTO options available.

Responsibilities

• Train staff and assist the director of nursing.
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, and a home-like environment for residents.
• Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations
• Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans
• Know and follow infection control and safety procedures
• Review, update and communicate resident care documentation
• Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per LPN scope of practice and state regulations
