Job summary

Gage Talent Solutions seeks a Temp-to-Hire License Clerk in Reading, PA to process driver's license, vehicle registration, titles, and tag transactions. You will assist customers with renewals, replacements, transfers, and other PennDOT services.

Notary Public commissions and strong customer service are required. You will collect payments, maintain accurate records, and support transaction reporting while upholding confidentiality and attention to detail in a fast-paced office setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Notary Public commission.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with computers and standard office equipment.
• Ability to handle confidential information with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Availability to work additional hours and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process driver's license, vehicle registration, title, and tag transactions.
• Assist customers with renewals, replacements, transfers, address changes, and other PennDOT-related services.
• Collect and process payments, fees, and refunds.
• Serve as a Notary Public in accordance with Pennsylvania regulations.
• Answer customer inquiries in person and by phone.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Assist with transaction reporting, inventory management, and processing follow-up items.
