Ray Price Dealerships seeks a Title Clerk to support our DMV title processing and registration workflow in Stroudsburg, PA. You will ensure accurate documentation, timely processing, and regulatory compliance while servicing customers and coordinating with agencies.

The role requires strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills, with the ability to work independently or within teams as priorities shift. A high school diploma or GED is required, and notary status is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Processes documents for state registration and ensures tax and title paperwork is in order.
• Handles bills, contracts, warranties, and service contracts with appropriate agencies.
• Meets company timelines in processing titles and resolving title issues.
• Checks documents for accuracy and ensures all forms are properly completed and signed.
• Maintains a file of sales, prices, payments, warranties, and related transfer documents.
• Researches vehicle titles and resolves issues promptly.
• Responds to customer inquiries professionally within timelines.
• Keeps up-to-date with DMV regulations and changes.
• Performs general office duties (filing, copying, etc.).
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
