Zusammenfassung

Tenacious Health and Wellness LLC is seeking a Licensed Independent Social Worker to join our Whitehall, OH team. You will conduct psychosocial assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and provide therapy to individuals, groups, and families in a collaborative care setting.

You will maintain compliant documentation, connect clients with community resources, and work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care. Flexible work-from-home options are available.

Qualifikationen

• Active LISW license in Ohio.
• MSW from an accredited program.
• Experience in clinical social work or related setting.
• Knowledge of CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with EHR and clinical documentation.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, etc.)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while maintaining professional boundaries and ethical standards
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation
