Job summary

Responsibilities

• Engage with library customers to provide day-to-day behavior support.
• Monitor safety and security of library spaces to support customer experience.
• Exercise good judgment and handle unruly individuals.
• Develop relationships with customers to connect them with services.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Submit incident reports and maintain incident management records.
• Provide services in person, by phone, and online as needed.
