Campbell County School District in Gillette, WY is seeking a Coordinator of Library Management System to act as the system administrator for the centralized library media system and to lead implementation and ongoing support. The role reports to the Director of Curriculum, Assessment, and Staff Development.

Responsibilities include orienting library staff, developing procedures, coordinating professional development, managing cataloging, entry, inventory, and ensuring accurate records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a job-related field.
• Wyoming Certification required.
• Experience with library media systems preferred.

Responsabilités

• Act as the system administrator for the centralized library media system.
• Orient new library personnel to the system and provide ongoing support.
• Develop procedures for the library media system and maintain cataloging/inventory.
• Coordinate with the Library Media Facilitator for professional development.
• Attend meetings and contribute to decision-making regarding the library media system.
