The New York Public Library (NYPL) is seeking a Library Information Assistant to provide service to patrons of all ages. This role includes circulation/reference support, assisting with outreach, and helping plan and deliver library programs.
Candidates will guide users through resources, teach basic Internet and library applications, and uphold library policies in a dynamic urban library environment.
