Qualifications

• Enrolled in a graduate degree program at Auburn University.
• Cover letter including program of study and anticipated graduation date.
• Three professional references with contact information required.

Responsibilities

• Provide information services and assistance at the Ralph Brown Draughon Library 2nd Floor Help Desk.
• Answer research, directional, and basic technology questions via text, online chat, in person, and by telephone.
• Instruct patrons on the library catalog and databases to locate and evaluate information resources.
• Record and track the number and types of questions received at the help desk.
• Assist library faculty and staff with projects supporting the instructional and research mission.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
