Qualifications

• High School Diploma/HiSet/GED Completion Required.
• Minimum of 2 years Customer Service experience Required.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers on the service floor and model excellent service.
• Coach staff on customer service standards and training.
• Lead in handling unexpected events in the absence of management.
• Open/close the building and oversee floor operations.
• Coordinate room reservations and communicate with vendors/contractors.
