Qualifications

Ability to supervise and coach staff and lead by example.

Responsibilities

Interact with customers on the service floor and model exemplary service.
Provide on-the-job coaching to staff on customer service standards and processes.
Assist with training for staff in technology, reader services and account transactions.
Coordinate building operations, including opening/closing and vendor communications.
Lead in managing and responding to unexpected events in management's absence.
Support branch management with customer service functions and operations.
Deliver materials to customers when necessary and maintain clean, orderly spaces.
Work two weekends per month as part of schedule.
