Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of customer service experience; library experience desirable.
• Proficient with Windows/Microsoft Office and Google Suite; comfortable with technology.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patrons in person, over the phone, and by email.
• Check library materials in and out.
• Handle cash and check transactions and operate the cash register.
• Register and renew patrons while maintaining confidentiality of records.
• Sort and shelve materials according to procedures.
