Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of library operations and common software.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and library systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist library patrons with resources, materials, and research requests in person or online.
• Support staff and patrons, help with computer questions and general helpdesk issues.
• Assist with daily Tiger Shop operations and inventory, merchandising, and promotional tasks.
• Process textbook materials, inventory, and circulation for ACCESS Textbooks program.
• Catalog new library materials and prepare items for circulation.
• Act as Test Proctor as needed.
