Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to communicate well orally and work with diverse student populations.
• Maintain a minimum of 6 credit hours of enrollment in eligible courses.
• Maintain an aid‑eligible SAP status.
• Cumulative GPA of 2.0 or greater.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Dependable, responsible and organized.
• Able to work cooperatively with others and take direction from supervisors.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Confidentiality must be maintained and FERPA regulations followed.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and student advocacy.
• Gather and report Library statistics.
• Check-in/Monitor Smarter Proctoring virtual testing.
• Answer phones and act as a campus contact point.
• Fill in at Reception and Student Services desk, as needed.
• Update daily reference analytics information.
• If applicable, assist with student tutoring.
• Provide library orientation/research strategy lectures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
