Grandview Heights Public Library is seeking a Library Associate to provide excellent customer service across circulation, reference, and technology assistance. You will help patrons with accounts, renewals, and materials searches, and support programs for both adults and youth.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and comfort with library technologies. This position includes day, evening, and weekend shifts, with benefits and retirement contributions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Circulation duties: charges, discharges, renewals, reserves, registrations.
• Answer patron questions in person, by phone and email.
• Assist patrons with locating materials and using the online catalog.
