Zusammenfassung

Lockton Companies is seeking a Claims Consultant to serve as the client advocate through the liability claims process. You will coordinate with carriers, TPAs, and internal teams to manage client relationships and drive optimal outcomes.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, with a focus on building long-term partnerships and delivering service excellence for diverse clients within a large, global insurance broker.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field or equivalent education and/or work experience.
• Proficiency in evaluating, interpreting and communicating casualty insurance coverage to clients.
• Property claims experience and medical malpractice claims knowledge a plus.
• Ability to interact professionally with businesspersons at all levels and communicate strategies clearly.
• Knowledge of insurance carrier and TPA practices; ability to build long-term client partnerships.

Aufgaben

• Act as client advocate through the claim process and coordinate with carriers and TPAs.
• Consult with assigned clients to manage all aspects of their liability claims program; develop service plans and guidance.
• Attend staff and carrier meetings, education workshops and industry events as needed.
• Coordinate TPA RFP processes, including presentations, transitions, and issuing claim handling instructions.
• Develop and present client reviews, discuss trends in loss history, and recommend improvements.
• Lead and coach peers, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
