Qualifications

• 10+ years of liability claims experience including litigated claims.
• Deep understanding of third party auto claims and US jurisdictions.
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills with measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage internal liability experts and oversee claims with carrier partners.
• Develop special handling instructions and provide training on processes and protections.
• Lead strategies to reduce liability costs and monitor KPIs.
• Coordinate responses to litigation and support counsel on strategy and discovery.
• Partner with actuarial and data teams to understand liability trends and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on policies and escalation decisions.
