For our client, we are seeking a Liability Claims Attorney Sr to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will provide legal guidance and strategic support on claims-related litigation matters, with a focus on protecting the organization’s interests and controlling legal risk. You will partner closely with claims professionals and external counsel to shape litigation strategy, manage case files, and ensure timely, effective responses to subpoenas and court orders. The position also plays an important role in advising non-legal stakeholders and supporting disciplined claims handling practices.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $151,250 annually
