The position offers hybrid-remote work in San Diego and opportunities to handle diverse, complex cases including depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation.

You will partner with seasoned attorneys, draft pleadings and discovery, participate in depositions, and provide strategic advice to clients.

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active membership in the California State Bar.
• 3–10+ years of civil litigation experience or relevant legal experience.
• Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.

Job Title: Litigation Attorney – Professional Liability

We are seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join our Professional Liability Practice. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to work alongside highly accomplished attorneys on a diverse range of complex professional liability cases, including depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation. Key Responsibilities

• Partner with skilled and experienced attorneys to represent clients in professional liability litigation cases, from pre-trial to post-trial


• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents


• Participate in depositions, mediations, and arbitrations


• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys to prepare for trials


• Provide clients with clear, strategic advice on professional liability and business litigation matters

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA accredited law school

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $130,000-$280,000+, commensurate with experience. Benefits include:
