We are seeking experienced Claims Counsel and Senior Liability Claims Adjusters to join a high-performing, collaborative team focused on D&O and/or Excess claims, including complex, high-exposure matters with significant financial and legal exposure.

What You'll Do

• Manage complex, high-severity liability claims from initial investigation through final resolution
• Handle catastrophic claims involving serious bodily injury, wrongful death, and significant financial exposure
• Perform detailed coverage analysis and policy interpretation
• Draft or advise on Reservation of Rights (ROR) letters and coverage determinations
• Partner with defense counsel and internal stakeholders to develop litigation and resolution strategies
• Evaluate exposure, set reserves, and negotiate complex settlements on high-value claims
• Provide expert guidance on coverage positions and claim resolution strategies

What We're Looking For

• Juris Doctor (JD) with active bar membership in good standing OR 5+ years of senior-level experience handling complex liability claims
• Active U.S. Adjuster License (any state accepted)
• Proven expertise managing high-exposure claims with six-figure to multi-million-dollar reserves
• Strong experience in professional liability claims
• Background handling General Liability (GL) claims
• Experience with Directors & Officers (D&O) liability claims
• Experience managing Excess and Commercial Umbrella claims
• Exposure to surety claims and class action litigation claims is highly valued
• Advanced coverage analysis and policy interpretation skills
