Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in professional liability claims adjusting.
• JD (Juris Doctor) preferred.
• Thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• Strong understanding of claims handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with medical terminology.
• Experience with multi-jurisdictional claims.
• Comfortable working alongside a Third-Party Administrator (TPA).
• Proficient in litigation and settlement negotiations.
• Intermediate knowledge of professional liability products and relevant technologies.

For our client, we are seeking a Claims Manager to join the team of a leader in the Staffing space.

This role will oversee the lifecycle of professional liability claims within a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will partner closely with Corporate Counsel, outside counsel, insurance representatives, and medical experts to move matters forward efficiently and support sound claim outcomes. The position blends claims strategy, investigations, regulatory compliance, and settlement activity in a remote setting.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 - $125,000 annually
