Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human service field with at least three years of supervisory experience.
• Valid Illinois driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• Ability to pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily routines and milieu activities to build independent living skills.
• Supervise site staff and provide regular supervision and scheduling.
• Ensure LGBTQ-affirming policies and staff training.
• Maintain therapeutic milieu using the six care principles.
• Respond to crises and serve as 24/7 on‑call contact.
• Manage site operations including budget, vehicle, inventory, and cleanliness.
• Foster community relationships with local service providers and law enforcement.
