Responsibilities
- Direct supervision of all support staff and daily programming during shifts.
- Ensure youth in group homes meet goals in service plans and maintain safety ratios.
- Develop rapport with youth and staff to create a safe, therapeutic environment.
- Complete supervision, performance appraisals, and staff scheduling.
- Assist with intake services and coordination of educational events and activities.
