Job summary

The Los Angeles LGBT Center seeks a Supervisor, Care Coordination to oversee case management across Youth Center, Interim Housing and Permanent Supportive Housing programs, including supervision of staff and implementation of client care models to promote housing stability for LGBTQ+ youth. The role also ensures contract compliance and collaboration with partner agencies.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of or experience working with the LGBTQ+ community.
• A passion for the Center’s work and its mission to help LGBTQ+ people.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in social services, preferably with youth homelessness.
• Understanding of issues affecting LGBTQ+ children, youth, and families in care systems.
• Minimum 3 years of direct supervisory experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends; on-call/crisis availability.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the case management team and related supportive services.
• Oversee program operations; ensure policy alignment and efficiency.
• Maintain staffing, procurement, and reporting processes.
• Coordinate with agencies to support eligible youth; build partnerships.
• Develop integrated programming and supervise staff performance.
• Prepare funder reports and ensure deliverables.
