Job summary

Levi Goode Brands is seeking a Fine Dining Administrator to support day-to-day restaurant operations, keep records, process invoices, and assist with payroll and onboarding. This role ensures accurate documentation and smooth workflow in a fast-paced dining environment.

You will maintain certifications, coordinate vendor communications, manage onboarding, and help leadership deliver an exceptional guest experience while upholding company policies and standards.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of administrative, office management, or restaurant operations experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience with Toast, payroll systems, or restaurant management software preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Professional demeanor with strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations and maintain an organized office environment.
  • Maintain restaurant files, records, reports, and employee information.
  • Process and enter invoices accurately and timely.
  • Assist with accounts payable documentation and vendor communications.
  • Order and maintain office supplies, uniforms, POS materials, menus, and operational supplies.
  • Monitor office equipment and coordinate repairs or maintenance.
  • Assist management with administrative projects, reporting, and documentation.
  • Review employee time edits and job code assignments within Toast and other workforce management systems.
  • Assist management with payroll preparation and accuracy verification.
  • Support employee record maintenance and personnel file organization.
  • Maintain and track required certifications, including Food Handler permits, TABC certifications, and other compliance requirements.
  • Generate reports and communicate upcoming certification expirations to management.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding processes.
  • Ensure all onboarding paperwork is completed accurately and submitted on time.
  • Schedule orientation and assist with new employee setup.
  • Support hiring managers with applicant communications and interview scheduling.
  • Ensure deliveries are received and put away promptly.
  • Maintain vendor records and support invoice reconciliation.
  • Monitor online guest reviews and guest feedback platforms - report to management.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding employee, financial, and company matters.
  • Keep restaurant leadership informed of administrative activities, concerns, and operational issues.
  • Assist with compliance audits, documentation reviews, and operational reporting.
  • Support adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

The Role

The Fine Dining Administrator plays an important behind-the-scenes role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. This position helps keep the restaurant organized and running smoothly by providing administrative support to the leadership team, coordinating restaurant needs, maintaining records and communications, and assisting with operational tasks as needed. In a fine dining environment where attention to detail and hospitality matter, this role helps ensure our leaders and team have the support they need to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

What You’ll Do

Physical & Schedule Requirements
  • Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.

  • Work around food, beverages, cleaning products, noise, and changing temperatures.
  • Maintain availability for a varied schedule that may include early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
