Job summary

Levi Goode Brands is seeking a Fine Dining Server to deliver polished, anticipatory service that connects culinary craft, beverage knowledge, and hospitality in a craft-driven environment.

You will welcome guests, own tables end-to-end, explain menu narratives, coordinate with the team, and maintain exacting standards to create memorable dining experiences.

Qualifications

  • High-end dining or polished full-service restaurant experience preferred.
  • Strong menu knowledge and service sequencing.
  • Wine and spirits knowledge with curiosity.
  • Certification in alcohol service or willingness to obtain it.
  • Discretion, composure, precision, and collaborative mindset.
  • TABC and Food Handler Certifications.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and guide the full dining experience with poise.

The Role

The Fine Dining Server delivers polished, anticipatory service that connects culinary craft, beverage knowledge, and personal hospitality into a memorable dining experience within a polished, craft-driven service environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Welcome guests and guide the full experience with poise, warmth, and attentive pacing.
  • Own assigned tables from welcome through farewell and coordinate each course with the full service team.
  • Explain ingredients, techniques, menu narratives, and beverage pairings with accuracy.
  • Coordinate coursing and table maintenance closely with captains, server assistants, culinary teams, and managers.
  • Record and communicate preferences, allergies, celebrations, and special requests with discretion.
  • Resolve concerns promptly and involve a leader before a small issue becomes a missed experience.
  • Complete service preparation, opening, closing, and side work to exacting standards.

Qualifications
What You’ll Bring
  • Fine-dining or polished full-service restaurant experience is strongly preferred.
  • Advanced menu learning, service sequencing, communication, and guest-reading skills.
  • Working wine and spirits knowledge with curiosity to continue learning.
  • Responsible alcohol-service certification where required, or ability to obtain it promptly.
  • Composure, discretion, precision, and a collaborative service mindset.
  • TABC and Food Handler Certification
Physical & Schedule Requirements
  • Stand and walk for extended periods throughout a restaurant shift.
  • Frequently bend, reach, carry, and move through active guest and service areas.
  • Regularly lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds with assistance when needed.
  • Work around food, beverages, cleaning products, noise, and changing temperatures.
  • Maintain availability for a varied schedule that may include early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
