Job summary

Bobby Rahal Lexus of Lancaster County in Ephrata, PA is seeking a friendly Receptionist to greet clients and answer phones. The role is Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, with an hourly rate of $15.00.

In this position you will be the first professional clients see, direct them to the right department, and provide light administrative support to the Sales team. A positive, professional demeanor and solid computer skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients as they enter the showroom and greet them warmly.
• Answer the multi-line phone system and route inquiries to the correct department.
• Support the Sales department with various administrative tasks.
• Maintain a neat reception area and handle basic clerical duties.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

In this position, most of your day is spent being the first professional, friendly face our clients see as they enter our showroom. Your cheery persona also shines through the phone, when you answer our multi-line phone system and help direct our clients to the appropriate department or individual. When not interacting with our clients, you support the Sales department with various administrative tasks.
