Description

We are seeking a Level One Desktop Support Technician to join a major retail environments Desktop Services team on a contract to perm basis. This is an elevated desktop support role not a traditional help desk position. The technician will handle helpdesk escalations requiring hands on support, work closely with the network and Windows team, and serve as boots on the ground providing direct end user support across the organization. The ideal candidate is someone with solid foundational IT skills, strong customer service instincts, and a desire to grow within a large enterprise environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Burlington, NJ.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
