Job summary

CompucomStaffing is seeking a Level 4 Technician to join the client site in Chandler, AZ. This onsite role supports end-user services with a Monday–Friday 8 AM–5 PM schedule and requires extensive cabling, data center, and server infrastructure work.

Responsibilities include installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of network cabling, switches, routers, and server hardware, with emphasis on safety and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) required.
• Minimum 4+ years in site/infrastructure technician roles.
• Data Center experience required.
• 3+ years rack, stack, connect, and basic configuration support for networking/server devices required.

Responsibilities

• Install and service low voltage cabling, fiber, data center networking gear.
• Assist material control to ensure required materials are available.
• Follow quality and safety guidelines and client SLA.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot cabling systems; perform replacements as needed.
• Support data center teams and onboarding of new landings within SLA.
• Rack, un-rack, and install servers and related components in data centers.
