Job summary

CompucomStaffing is seeking a Level 4 Technician to join our client team onsite in Chandler, AZ. You will perform end-user support, install cabling, and assist data center operations under standard SLA.

Role requires 4+ years of site/infrastructure technician experience, data center familiarity, and ability to work 8 AM–5 PM, Monday to Friday. Strong diagnostics and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 4+ years of combined experience in a site support technician and/or infrastructure technician role.
• Data Center experience required.

Responsibilities

• Install and service low voltage cabling and related infrastructure per client guidelines.
• Ensure materials are available and SLA targets are met.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and assist with server and network devices on site.
