Job summary

Waconia Comfort is seeking a Residential HVAC Service Technician – Level 3 Team Lead in Waconia, MN. The role focuses on advanced diagnostics, leadership, and mentorship for junior technicians, with a strong emphasis on craftsmanship.

You will oversee training, maintain high performance standards, and drive the Home Comfort Club for both residential and commercial accounts. Eligibility requires EPA 608, NATE or NFI certs, and a valid MN license.

Qualifications

• EPA 608 Certification required.
• Proven mastery of Level 2 service tools and diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance, diagnostics and complex repairs on residential/light commercial HVAC.
• Lead the service department's training program for Entry Level to Level 2 technicians.
• Manage Home Comfort Club program for residential/commercial accounts.
