DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company is seeking a full-time HVAC Service Technician Lead to deliver outstanding customer experiences while mentoring other technicians. You will perform quality repairs and maintenance with a competitive hourly wage and comprehensive benefits.

Qualified candidates have 3+ years of HVAC experience, a valid driver's license, EPA universal licensure, and comfort using an iPad/phone for job finalizations. Training and tool investment are encouraged.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an HVAC Technician.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record and ability to pass checks.
• EPA universal refrigerant handling licensure required.
• Comfort with using an iPad/phone for job finalizations.
• Willingness to attend trainings and invest in tools as needed.
• Strong customer-focus and teamwork skills.
