Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a help desk or IT support role.
• Proficient with Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2019/2021/2025.
• Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy management.

Responsibilities

• Provide level 2 IT support to employees and providers via phone, email, and in person.
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2019/2021/2025, and MS Office 365.
• Perform systems administration including Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Troubleshoot DHCP, DNS, file and print services.
• Utilize TCP/IP networking knowledge and MS Office 365.
• Experience with RDP and Citrix is a plus.
• Use remote management tools for troubleshooting and support.
