Polaris Healthcare in Bardonia, NY is seeking a Help Desk Level 2 IT specialist to provide advanced user support and resolve complex technical issues.

You will handle Windows 10/11, server administration, AD/Group Policy, and Office 365, working with remote tools and Citrix as needed. This full-time role requires hands-on troubleshooting and excellent communication to support staff and providers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a help desk or IT support role.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Valid driver's license and reliable car.

Responsibilities

• Provide level 2 technical support to employees and affiliated providers via phone, email, and in-person.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Windows 10 and 11, Windows Server 2019, 2021, and 2025, and Microsoft MS Office 365.
• Perform systems administration tasks, including Active Directory and Windows Group Policy management.
• Troubleshoot DHCP, DNS, file, and print services.
• Utilize solid knowledge of TCP/IP networking and Microsoft MS Office 365.
• Experience with Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) and Citrix is a plus.
• Utilize Remote Management Tools for troubleshooting and support.
