Job summary

HKR.TEAM is a remote-first company focused on simplifying global HR and serving US-based clients. We seek a Level 2 Support Engineer to assist enterprise admins and partner teams from triage to resolution on a Zero Trust Workspace platform.

You will troubleshoot deployment, configuration, and policy issues, reproduce complex bugs, and collaborate with engineering and implementation partners. This is a remote, full-time role with a startup culture that values ownership and feedback.

Qualifications

• Experience in Level 2 support for enterprise B2B software.
• Strong understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP(S)).
• Hands-on knowledge of SSO, SAML, OIDC, MFA and identity providers.

Responsibilities

• Handle Level 2 support calls and cases for enterprise admins and partner teams from triage to resolution.
• Troubleshoot deployment, configuration, and policy issues on a Zero Trust Workspace platform.
• Reproduce complex bugs and collaborate with engineering and implementation partners.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
