Job summary

Mechdyne is seeking a Level 1 IT Help Desk Agent to join a dynamic support team. Location options include Marshalltown, IA, Naperville, IL, or Hybrid/Remote arrangements, with a pay rate of $17–$21 per hour and a Monday–Friday schedule.

You will handle incoming calls, emails, and chats, document issues in ticketing systems, and strive toward KPIs while following security standards to protect data.

Qualifications

• Experience with Remote IT Helpdesk Support.
• Willingness to learn something new every day.
• Excellent verbal and written communications.
• Educational degree, certificate, or equivalent experience in IT Services.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, courteous, and quality IT support to our clients by responding to incoming calls, web submissions, emails, and chats from clients experiencing technical issues
• Utilize a variety of ticketing systems to document, triage, track, and resolve client issues
• Proactively work towards Key Performance Indicators
• Adhere to industry security standards, diligently protecting company, client, and personal information
