Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center in Buffalo, NY, is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) in Leukemia to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across the treatment continuum.

The APP will conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnose and manage complex illnesses, order tests, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications as appropriate, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner driven, NY licensed with NP certification.
• ACLS certification required or eligible for certification.
• Physician Assistant pathway requires NY PA degree and NCCPA certification.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and manage complex conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests; develop individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and provide ongoing clinical management with the care team.

Formation

Master’s degree in Nursing

Nurse Practitioner certification in NY

ACLS certification

License to practice as Registered Nurse in NY

Bachelor’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies

NCCPA certification
