Job summary

Qualifications

• Current certificate of authority to practice as an APRN in the State of Ohio.
• NP program graduate eligible to sit for national cert exam recognized by Ohio Board of Nursing.
• Master of Science Degree in Nursing.
• 0 years of relevant experience required.
• 0-2 years of leukemia or hematology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide health care services in collaboration with a licensed physician member of the medical staff.
• Care for patients across acute and chronic phases; include education, counseling, and referral to resources when appropriate.
• Support leukemia services across the spectrum of care from diagnosis to consolidation and relapse.
• Contribute to patient safety and care quality; participate in background checks and post-offer processes as applicable.
