Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider I for Benign Hematology. This full-time role delivers high-quality, patient-centered care across treatment phases, with responsibilities from assessments to prescribing medications.

Qualifications

Nurse Practitioner Educational Path: NY RN license; NY NP certification; NP cert by ANCC or HCFA-recognized body; Master's or higher in Nursing.
Physician Assistant Educational Path: NY PA license; PA certification by NCCPA or other NYS recognized body; Bachelor's or higher in PA Studies or equivalent; ACLS within 6 months.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and manage complex medical conditions.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests; develop individualized treatment plans.
Prescribe medications as appropriate and ensure clinical follow-up.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to support patient care across treatment phases.
Provide education and ongoing management while practicing at the top of the license.
