Job summary

Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider II in Lymphoma/Myeloma to join the Department of Medicine. You will partner with physicians to evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and support care throughout the cancer journey.

You will mentor learners and contribute to a culture of excellence, compassion, and continuous learning while delivering patient-centered care in a nationally recognized cancer center.

Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner license in New York with NP certification.
• Master’s degree in Nursing or higher.
• Certified as NP or eligible for certification within 9 months.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with the care team.
• Prescribe medications and monitor symptoms.
• Provide continuity of care across the cancer journey.
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses and treatments.
