Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center seeks a Head & Neck Medical Oncology Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to evaluate, treat, and manage acute and chronic illnesses in oncology patients. The role includes developing treatment plans, ordering diagnostics, prescribing medications, and guiding patient care across the medical journey.

Qualificações

• Licensed RN in NY and NP certification; HCFA-recognized NP cert; Master’s in Nursing.
• PA path requires NY PA license and NCCPA certification; PA studies degree or PA cert program per NYED.
• As a condition, must obtain ACLS certification within 6 months and maintain accredited degree standards.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate, treat, and manage acute and chronic illnesses in head & neck oncology patients.
• Develop treatment plans, order/interpret diagnostics, prescribe medications, and coordinate ongoing care.
• Educate and mentor Advanced Practice Provider I and clinical staff including nursing, residents, fellows, and students.

RN license in NY

NY NP certification

NP certification by certifying body (HCFA-recognized)

Master’s degree in Nursing

PA license in NY

PA certification by NCCPA

Bachelor’s degree in PA Studies or equivalent

PA Certificate Program per NYED

2 years AP provider experience
