Job summary

Foothill Packing Inc. in Arizona seeks experienced lettuce harvest workers to pick and process head, romaine, and leaf lettuce in the field. You will follow supervisors, inspect crop quality, and prepare produce for packaging, including coring, trimming, and stacking onto pallets.

Heavy lifting and standing work in muddy conditions are required. Must have at least 1 month of produce harvest experience, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, use harvesting knives and hand tools, and have good color vision

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Capable of using harvesting knives and hand tools.
• Color vision to distinguish crop colors.

Responsibilities

• Harvest lettuce in field according to supervisor guidance.

• Inspect quality and sort to bin capacity.
• Move pallets and assist with loading onto trailers.
