Job summary

Programmers.io is seeking a client-facing consulting professional for lending domain transformations. The role blends business strategy, product thinking, and technology delivery to shape requirements and drive outcomes across advisory and implementation engagements.

You will lead client conversations, partner with product and engineering teams, and orchestrate onshore-offshore delivery models to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in the lending domain (consumer, auto, commercial, mortgage).
• Proven client-facing consulting experience supporting transformation programs.
• Hands-on with product backlogs, epics, user stories, and Agile artifacts.
• Techno-functional capability, comfortable with business and engineering stakeholders.
• Experience operating in global delivery models with distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting-led engagements, including current-state assessments and target-state definitions.
• Define lending roadmaps and business cases; engage client stakeholders across product, business, technology, operations.
• Frame problems, define options, and align on value-driven recommendations.
• Lead or co-lead client workshops, interviews, and working sessions to convert insights into actions.
• Define and validate business outcomes, KPIs, and success metrics for lending initiatives.
• Bridge business, product, and technology to preserve functional intent during delivery.
• Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies early and drive resolution with delivery leadership.
