Chase seeks a Vice President, Home Lending Transformation Agility Lead to champion agile practices across teams, driving adoption and high performance within a leading financial services institution.

You will mentor and guide teams through product development and agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP) while shaping transformation plans, metrics, and stakeholder alignment to deliver customer-centric lending solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years coaching teams on agile methodologies and project management.
• Advanced knowledge of product development lifecycle and best practices.
• Expertise in Scrum, Kanban, XP, and scaling frameworks; can guide teams with agility metrics.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach teams to adopt agile methodologies and promote continuous improvement.
• Use strong communication and facilitation skills to manage stakeholders and convey impediments to leadership.
• Develop and implement short- to mid-term transformation plans and allocate resources with metrics-based decisions.
• Identify trends and contribute to new policies and best practices within the discipline.
