Job summary
Slalom seeks a senior Commercial Banking Domain Expert (Part Time) to lead lending transformation for a global financial client. You will advise on operating models, governance, and platform capabilities across the full lending lifecycle, partnering with business leaders, architects, and technology teams.
Bring hands-on experience in commercial banking, strong knowledge of Salesforce FSC and nCino, and the ability to translate requirements into scalable platform solutions while ensuring banking
Qualifications
- 15+ years in commercial/corporate banking with lending focus.
- Deep knowledge of end-to-end commercial lending lifecycle.
- Experience leading lending transformation and platform implementations.
- Familiarity with governance, controls, and regulatory expectations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as SME across origination to portfolio management.
- Advise on operating models, governance, and process optimization.
- Translate lending workflows into data models and platform needs.
- Support design and implementation of modern lending platforms.
- Define governance for authority, approvals, and documentation.
- Lead sessions with executives, product owners, and engineers.
- Ensure alignment with downstream reporting and portfolio needs.
