Job summary

Wipro Limited, based in Irvine, California, seeks a Salesforce Engagement Partner to lead client engagements in lending and drive large-scale transformation programs using Agile and product-led delivery.

You will bridge business, product and technology teams, define outcomes and KPIs, and mentor consultants across locations. Prior experience with Salesforce LOS or enterprise lending solutions is a plus, with readiness for regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in the lending domain in client-facing consulting roles.
• Experience with Agile delivery models (Scrum/SAFe).
• Demonstrated techno-functional capability engaging both business and engineering stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting‑led advisory engagements and define KPIs for lending initiatives.
• Operate within Agile/product-centric delivery models (Scrum/SAFe or hybrid).
• Bridge between business, product and technology teams; validate solution designs.
• Identify gaps/risks early and drive resolution with client and delivery leadership.
• Lead and coordinate onshore/offshore delivery with clear scope and priorities.
• Mentor consultants and analysts across locations with strong consulting discipline.
