Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with 10+ years in Banking, focusing on Lending and Credit. The role involves translating business objectives into scalable technology solutions across the end-to-end lending lifecycle.

You will lead As-Is/To-Be analyses, document requirements, and collaborate with Technology to design APIs and integration points. Strong Agile collaboration and UAT support are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Banking, Lending and Credit.
• Translating business objectives into scalable business and technology solutions.
• Experience developing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.

Responsibilities

• Analyse end-to-end lending and credit processes (Lead/Origination, Application, Credit, Underwriting, Documentation, Disbursement, Servicing, Collections).
• Lead As-Is / To-Be process analysis and identify automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with Tech and Architecture to translate requirements into designs and interfaces.
• Partner with Product Owner and Agile teams to prioritise backlog and define features.
• Support UAT planning, test scenarios and validation of fixes.
• Provide Post-Production support and resolve production defects and incidents.
